SMHAI provides several awards to award-worthy websites. Shown below are samples of each award. The actual graphic that will be sent to each winner, will include a year stamp above the stars or on the cup, depending on the award style.
Displaying the SMHAI Award:
* You must display the award on your site, within two weeks of receipt. This may be done via an "Awards Page" or on your "main page". The necessary information will be sent in an email to the address on your SMHAI Awards Program application. A link back to our awards program would be appreciated but is not a requirement. If you do not display the award graphic within the required two weeks of issuance, your site will be removed from our Winners list.
* You may not alter the award in any way, including size.
Few sites will earn our prestigious awards. Display your SMHAI Award proudly!
The evaluation score required to receive each award is listed below the award

The Beautiful Memorial Site Award is for memorial sites.
We believe that memorials deserve their own special award since they are created as a labor of love.
These sites are not evaluated the same as other sites because they are open to interpretation of the individual evaluators due to their personal nature. (see our criteria)
Sites receiving this award must average at least 70 points during the evaluation.
The SMHAI Good Site Award is awarded to sites that score an average of 75 - 84 points during the evaluation.
The SMHAI Great Site Award is awarded to sites that score an average of 85 - 94 points during the evaluation.
The SMHAI Excellent Site Award is awarded to sites that score an average of 95+ points during the evaluation.
The SMHAI Premier Site Award is awarded to sites that score an average of 90 or more points during the evaluation. Sites that win the Premier Site Award contain credible and reliable medical or mental health information. This award is reserved for sites that are "must see" and "trusted sites" containing vital and accurate information.
This award can not be won. SMHAI honors sites with this award to randomly visited sites and to sites who have applied for other SMHAI Awards.
