Your application status may be found by locating your first and last name initials and the date you sent your application to us. If there are two applications with identical initials, SMHAI Awards will add further lettering, such as the second letter of the last name or by adding a middle initial when available, to clarify identity to the applicant.
**Most disqualifications are due to applicants NOT reading all of the SMHAI Awards Program information. (The Secret Message is missing or incorrect on the awards application.) The Secret Message is required on all SMHAI Awards applications, including award upgrades. You may re-apply ninety days after the evaluation completion date.**
Award application results will be posted here for two weeks after SMHAI completes the site evaluation.
