Please read these terms of use before downloading anything, especially graphics, from this site. By using any of Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics sets you are indicating that you understand and accept our terms of use and you agree to be legally bound by them.

Please be sure to note that there may be additional terms of use described on individual linkware sets. This could deal with use of any poetry, music files and etc...

All of our graphics include an invisible watermark to ensure that our copyright is respected and protected.

* Graphics specified as linkware are the only graphics that may be downloaded, uploaded or stored on another server. Graphics used to decorate the Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics site are exclusive property of Wendi White Photography and/or Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics and may not be reproduced for any reason.

You are not to link directly to the images on this site. That is called bandwidth stealing, which is illegal.

Please do not alter our graphics in anyway. This includes changing, altering, colorizing, modifing or resizing of any of Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics in any way.

Do not mix sets. All of the graphics included in our sets are meant for that particular set only. You do not have to use all of the items in the chosen set. You do not have to us the exact layout that we use BUT no part of our sets may be used with any other background/graphics set. None of our graphics are to be used in any way to create your own graphics or sets.

Our linkware sets are for personal use only. They may not be used on commercial sites or sites that involve selling of something for profit. Sets that are purchased from Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics (whether they be linkware or purchaseware) are yours to keep. Once purchased, they belong to you exclusively and they will be removed from our site. Purchased graphics may be used on commercial sites BUT they must follow all of the other terms listed in these Terms Of Use excpet purchased sets do not have to be linked back to Enchantingly Beautiful Graphics.

Please read the Legal Information about our graphics under the LEGAL link in the main menu. It explains reselling, redistribution, or giving our graphics away in any manner. The legal information prevents you from displaying our graphics and offering them as downloads from your site. It also prevents you from using our linkware graphics as stationery in e-mails or as computer desktop wallpaper.

Furthermore, you are not to use our linkware graphics on any restricted sites, such as pay to view or members only sites. These may include but are not limited to: Yahoo groups, MSN groups, Netscape groups, and etc...
